Though not as popular as its sisters C, B and E, vitamin K plays a major role in maintaining a healthy mane. Dark leafy veggies are the most potent source of K, kale and collard greens leading the pack. Try adding collards to spaghetti with lemon, garlic and pecorino for a quick, healthy weeknight supper, or slow braise with onion and bacon for a more decadent side dish.
