This healthy fish contains loads of the all-powerful omega-3 fatty acids that, aside from providing your bod with a host of health benefits, also keeps your scalp happy, thereby promoting hair growth. As the rustle of fall creeps in, bask in the afterglow of summer with a simple lemon garlic broiled salmon dish. Simply brush cleaned salmon filets with a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, fresh oregano and lemon juice, then pop in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve with grilled asparagus and lemony hollandaise sauce.
