Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. All pre order items will ship according to estimate given on order page. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

All orders received Monday - Friday will generally ship within 24 hours. Orders received late Friday afternoon EST/EDT, over the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day. Orders are shipped from our facility in New Jersey. Physical address is required; we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Rates

We are offering standard (including tracking) shipping in the continental US via USPS.

Depending of final destination packages sent via Standard Shipping can take between 7-10 business days.

Currently we only ship within the USA and Canada. Complementary US shipping is available for all US orders above $75.-.

US orders will ship via USPS (depending on weight), and Canadian orders will ship via FEDEX Ground or FEDEX International Economy. Any import customs, duties and fees for orders outside of the US are the responsibility of the customer.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email us at order@tzikal.com or call us at +1 (844) 489-4525 to request a return, include your order # and the reason for your return request, and we will assign you a return authorization number.
  2. Please print and include the confirmation email with the return authorization number in your return package.
  3. Mail your returned item to this address: 161 Docks Corner Road, Dayton, NJ 08810. Please add a tracking number to your return. T’zikal Beauty is not responsible for any lost package. You'll need to cover for any return shipping fees.

Return Exceptions

If you have already opened your item, you cannot return it for a refund. Shipping fees and any handling charges are not refundable.
