The Natural Project - One Week Check In with Elesha Casimir
Log 2: The Natural Project by our brand ambassador Elesha Casimir Week 1, day 7.
Is anyone seeing more of a congruence between my face and my hair? Both happy this time.
My process this past 7 days has been to apply the Curl Serum after a wash (twice weekly) from root to tip with a wide tooth comb. (*tip: dry your hair with a cotton t-shirt, never a towel, the cotton tee will remove any excess moisture without drawing out too much – which a towel might).
After I apply the serum I put it in bantu knots and sleep with that style to lock in even more moisture. Once I take out the bantu knots and separate them in the morning I finish styling with the Smooth Styling Hair Wax applying to my edges and ends.
Fun fact about the wax is that if you warm it in the palm of your hand it becomes a soft, workable oil type texture.
