Here are two recipes designed to give you a thick, strong, manageable mane.
Smoothie Veggie-Fruit
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup organic blueberries
- 1 cup organic strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts
- 2 cups almond milk
Directions:
Pour ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.

Smoothie Cucumber - Fruits
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cucumber, unpeeled, chopped
- 1 cup honeydew melon, chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt (plant-based)
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- Fresh lemon juice
- Crushed ice
- Fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Pour ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
