Deep in the Mojave desert ๐ต lies a 58โ wide, 38โ tall wooden dome called the Integratron. Built in the 1950s by an aeronautical engineer (on a tip from a space traveler ๐), this structure pioneered the phenomenon of sound baths.
Whatโs a sound bath?
Itโs an ionized environment that is believed to reset the bodyโs individual cells. During a sound bath session (60-minutes) quartz singing bowls are played using a wooden mallet, creating an incredible โmusicโ thatโs said to align the bodyโs chakras and promote relaxation.
