Charred Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes = beta carotene = vitamin A = thick hair.

Here’s a great Thanksgiving (or anytime) recipe idea: charred sweet potatoes with honey.

  • Rub potatoes with olive oil and salt, wrap in foil and grill on high for 30-45 minutes,
  • then put directly on the grill to achieve the char. 
  • Drizzle with honey (also great for hair health) and white wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
