One delicious way to add more pepper to your diet is with homemade chili oil.

  1. Heat ½ cup of good organic olive oil in a sauce pan with chili flakes, hot paprika and cayenne pepper for about 1 hour allowing the flavors to infuse the oil.
  2. Then, let cool and strain into a glass bottle.
  3. Sprinkle liberally on everything from pizzas to scrambled eggs.
