Cetearyl Alcohol

There are good and bad alcohols.

Cheap tequila: bad. Cetearyl alcohol: good.

This ‘fatty’ alcohol is found in plant cells and acts as a thickener and moisturizer for hair and skin (which is more than we can say for tequila). These properties make Cetearyl alcohol a good pick for dry or damaged hair.
