Italian Broccoli
You know Italian cuisine is decadent and delicious, but did you also know it can promote hair growth?
As the spring moves into full swing, we are thinking about light veggie-driven recipes that are nutritious and can also make your locks stronger and thicker. Broccoli derives most of its caloric content from protein and it’s a common, easy-to-use Italian ingredient.
For a quick and tasty recipe:
- boil 4-5 florets until soft, then
- sautee in olive oil, garlic, red chili flakes, salt and pepper until they start to disintegrate and mash together.
You can eat either as a side dish or spread over crisp sliced bread as a healthy bruschetta.
